Booking requests

Available slots are offered for appointment requests. A request is not confirmed until Clearwave sends a confirmation. We may decline a request or propose another time based on access, safety, lighting, travel distance, or scheduling constraints.

Estimates and final price

The website calculates an estimate from your selected standard and large window panes and any screen or track add-ons. The final scope and price will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. A minimum appointment charge may apply. Travel beyond North County San Diego may involve an additional fee disclosed before confirmation.

Service scope

We offer routine residential window cleaning, optional accessible screen cleaning and light track cleaning. Heavy construction residue, restoration, paint removal, hard-water restoration, and specialized or inaccessible glass are outside standard estimates. Upper-story and evening requests require additional review; unsafe work may be declined.

Promotions

Recurring discounts and introductory offers apply only while advertised, subject to their stated eligibility and cannot be combined.

Changes and cancellations

Please contact Clearwave as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change a request. If conditions differ from the original estimate, we will discuss any revised quote before service.

Payment

Payment is collected after the completed service, using payment methods confirmed with the customer. Online prepayment is not required by the current booking form.
