Clearwave Cleaning collects only the information needed to respond to service requests and organize window-cleaning appointments.

Information collected

When you request service, you provide your name, email, phone number, service address, requested date and time, selected cleaning options, and any notes you choose to share. Basic technical request information may be processed for security and spam prevention.

Customer reviews and photos

When you leave a review, we collect your chosen display name, rating, review text, email address and any photos you voluntarily submit. Your display name, rating, review text and approved photos may be published on our website after moderation. Your email is not shown publicly. We may compare it with existing bookings to help assess authenticity. Photos should not include sensitive details, house numbers, license plates or people without consent. Please obtain permission before uploading images of someone else’s property.

Review photos are stored through Cloudflare R2 and remain private until approval. To ask us to hide, correct or remove a published review or photo, contact us through the business email listed on our website. We may retain necessary limited records to prevent abuse or for legitimate business purposes.

How it is used

We use this information to calculate estimates, contact you about your request, prevent conflicting appointments, schedule approved visits, and maintain booking records. We do not sell your booking information.

Service providers

Our website runs on Cloudflare, including booking storage. We use Resend to send appointment emails and Google Calendar to coordinate approved appointments and availability. Website photos may be stored on Cloudflare R2.

Security and record requests

Access to the booking dashboard requires administrator authentication. No internet service is completely risk-free. If you wish to ask about your booking information or request correction or deletion where applicable, contact the business using the email shown on the website. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes.
